RAFTING TOTEM ADVENTURE
What should you bring for rafting?
- A towel and everything you need to take a hot shower after your workout.
- A swimsuit to wear under the wetsuit we provide...
- A technical T-shirt and a pair of thin leggings (synthetic fabric, Capilene, Lycra, microfleece, etc.) to wear under your wetsuit. This isn't required, but it's recommended in case of bad weather. What we do advise against, however, is cotton, because it makes your skin feel cold.
- Warm clothes for “after rafting”—don’t forget we’re in the mountains!
- … and a great desire to have fun!

Totem Party
- Rafting, a barbecue with a bonfire under the stars, a party, and music by the river. We’ll make sure everything stays cool during the ride down. Remember to bring all your barbecue “gear,” charcoal, and—most importantly—the expert grill master.
Adrenaline and Relaxation
- Rafting in Fontine and a discounted voucher for admission after 5:00 p.m. at QCTerme in Pré Saint Didier. The spa is just a 5-minute walk from our center.
