The Totem Adventure team in Pré-Saint-Didier is made up of highly qualified professionals with over 30 years of experience in the adventure sports industry.

Founded in 1992, the center offers a wide range of outdoor activities in the picturesque upper Aosta Valley, at the foot of Mont Blanc:

THE MEANING

Why is it called Totem Adventure?

For indigenous cultures—from Native Americans to Australian Aborigines—the totem is a bridge between the human world and the spiritual world, a symbol of belonging, protection, and ancestral wisdom. Every person, family, or tribe is connected to a “totem animal”—a spirit guide that protects and inspires, showing the way through life. For us, it is the totem of adventure. Adventure, understood as curiosity and restlessness, as a desire to travel, discover, and learn, as a longing for constant change, as that inner drive that always leads to new experiences. But above all, we view adventure not merely as an activity, but as our way of sharing the wonders of Nature and our Planet. It is a call to protect what we love and to inspire others to do the same.
